The Dentist left some of the work undone but made it good on my return trip. That being said Dr Vuu has always been excellent in his work and his explaining the options. I was referred to PFD by a friend and found, what I hope, is my permanent source of dental work. I am very happy with the service and the atmosphere at PFD. So much so that I have referred PFD to several friends of which I know that one has become one of your clients. R D Lee

Dr Vuu is an exceptional person and a great dentist!! I love Sammi, his dental assistant. They both, always make sure my dental procedures, are as comfortable as possible.

I am very nervous about going to the dentist. Jen always cleans my teeth. She is so gentle because I have sensitive gums. It’s great to see her every 6 months.
I suppose that considering the circumstances it was good as there was nothing more that could be done considering the infection I had. The reason for the low mark is that after she told me she would call in the prescription after I paid she didn't do it. I wasted more than two hours of my time and the expense of an office visit going to urgent care to get them to write me a prescription.
You all take to long to do your job you guys went down hill from when I was with you before
They used the internet to check on my insurance instead of calling the customer service number on my card. They said that I would need to pay, upfront, 600.00 for them to proceed. I tried to explain that my insurance covered 100% up to $1500. They wouldn't listen to me, so I left. Won't be back.
