Love this place no wait time always take you in before your appointment time, very professional more then meets expectations
Going to the dentist is not usually enjoyable. But at this dental office, the staff are incredibly friendly and all with a certain level of knowledge so you feel at ease. I had a crown done and every step of the way, I was comfortable. Even a basic cleaning didn't feel like a chore. I also received thorough consultation on teeth whitening procedures. I've been visiting the Dental Plus Group in Pasadena for a couple of years, and I can't say enough how impressed I am with the quality of care I've received from the dentists, dental assistants & staff at Dental Plus.
It's disappointing to see all of these one stars. I have never experienced issue with payments, add ons, or feeling as though I was being taken advantage of. I have been coming here for a few years now. The staff has always been accommodating and has always made me feel comfortable. Any type of payment is broken down for me and they are happy to answer any questions that I have. They have never offered anything I didn't need. I have always had great, personal, professional treatment here. I feel like all of the complaints about money, may be because people did not research what their insurance may cover. I have had clear and informative answers from Carmen who is in charge of finances. I have had clear and informative discussions with all of the Doctors, dentists, assistants, and front desk EVERY single time I have gone there. Had a good experience, and that's saying a lot. I've been to many different dentists and always feel like I am getting the hard sell. Didn't sell me on anything today. The staff was attentive and there are plenty of doctors around to answer questions. I am going back.
I took my 75 year old mom in to Dental Plus and I can't say how happy she was when we left. She loved the dentists and the staff was more than kind to us. I was worried how this appointment would go, because it has been many years in between visits. Thanks for making it so easy for me and my mom.
I feel comfortable being in the Dental Plus settings. I smile with more confidence. I feel a lot better about my health.
