Had to wait about 15minutes after my appt. time.
I always enjoy coming to your office oddly enough. This past visit was not as pleasant as most in the past. I understand that mistakes by the lab are beyond your control, so the need for another visit is not a fault on your part. However, the roof of my mouth still hurts and is discolored from receiving the numbing shot. The roof of my mouth has hurt for more than 24 hours and that is not normal for me after receiving those shots in the past.
Dr Powers came in the middle of my cleaning, said a couple numbers, patted my chin like I was a dog and said have a great weekend. Horrible bedside manner.
The dental tech was aggressive in cleaning my teeth. She usually is and my mouth is sore for several days afterwards making it difficult to eat.
