Everyone was nice and professional.
The filling was not done well. I felt that the filling was not exposed to the top to keep the upper teeth from grinding onto the filling. Unfortunately, when food gets caught in between the upper and lower teeth this strategy does not work. The filling has no real support. Any particle that is malleable can then conform to the ridges of my teeth applying force onto my filling causing a displacement that ultimately result in pain. .
