Dr. Shah is always professional, pleasant and explains things and procedures in detail and offers options. I had an extraction done today and I felt absolutely no pain and threw the process he explained what I would feel which did help to calm my nerves. And overall the entire staff from reception to the medical assistance and everyone and dental technicians are always great.
