This is the 2 nd time I have been cancelled by Dr Randall Thomas .b/c he needed a vacation.1st time was in November 2023 & I couldn’t get in to get fillings & cleaning until today.so it had already been since May 2023 that I needed fillings.This time I did not EVEN get the courtesy of cancelling me. I got to my appointment & was told by hygienist no doctor was .I drive 1 hr each way to his office so I got my cleaning since it had been a lmost a year.Just 2 hygienists & patients in office not even anyone to answer phones.I... read more
Waste of my time. Went in for a tooth extraction and they don't do extractions. Could have told me on the phone the day before but no they just want the money. I'll never go there again.
