Don't go here! Front office staff is horrible and not very friendly. We keep getting bills after we pay the exact amount they quoted us for a procedure. Outdated cleaning technique. I was not happy with my dental cleaning. There was alot of scraping and bleeding. The hygienist did not use a suction tool or water. I felt like I was drowning and swallowing blood throughout the cleaning. I know there are better, more modern ways to clean teeth.
Wait time lengthy and unexplained. The cleaning was good. I was promptly taken in for the procedure and then handed off for the check up by the dentist. I ended up in total being there for one hour and forty-five minutes. Appointment took too long It should not take and hour and a half for a cleaning and ex-rays. The office was very unorganized. I felt like everybody was running around and not getting anything accomplished. My husband had a worse experience the next day. We are thinking of changing dental offices.
Over-booked Staff is great, but appointment took way too long due to too many appointments.
