I have been a patient of Dr. Shea for more than 10 years now. Dr. Shea has always been attentive, kind, thorough, gentle, compassionate, and has always provided excellent service the entire time! His staff is professional, and they seem to really care about me and my entire family. I highly recommend Dr. Shea to anyone thinking about finding a dentist who will listen to you and do what is best for you.
Desk staff is incredibly considerate and thoughtful. Dr. explains everything in detail...have a rough set of teeth that I'm trying to get fixed, and I trust them completely! Nervous about entering medical spaces as a transgender person but their staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating.
Staff is helpful very nice. My cap came off at 2 pm I was in the office at 4pm to fix it. This is the second one Dr Shea has repaired for me. I hav also had other work done at the office the staff is very professional Thank you so much.
Did x-ray and a tooth filling. Everything went well. Dr. Shea and the assistant are nice and professional. I used my school’s insurance Delta Dental PPO and paid $49.6.
I had an emergency I thought I had cracked all my upper teeth on my right side. Isabel the very nice receptionist got me in at a timely manner.l am a very nervous person but Dr Shea eases my mind when he explains what he is doing. He is always very patient with me.I only cracked one tooth thank goodness.He did a fantastic job. Dr Shea is extremely knowledgeable and caring and so is his team. If I could give Dr Shea 10 stars I would.
