I originally began seeing Dr. Shah because she accepted low income patients; but I soon found that she was more skilled and more committed to doing the best possible work than the other dentists I've known. Always a pleasure Never any major problems when I have my appointments. My only issue for this particular appointment is that the lady (didn't catch her name and I never seen her before) who was polishing my teeth after my cleaning was very sloppy. love Dr. Shah I like that Dr. Shah explains all the options very clearly. Since, I work full time, for me flexibility is the key and Dr. Shah's office provides that. I left my last dentist, to whom I was going for 4 yrs because she wanted to charge me $25 for a canceled appt. which I canceled the day before.
