The receptionist is always pleasant. The dental hygienist was very informative. Explaining the procedures. Dr. Tom could word on his bedside manners.
Every single person that works at Universal Dental are wonderful!!! Dr, Tom performs miracles on teeth that other dentists won't even try to fix. Other dentists want to pull, suggest implant or partial or a root canal. I will never go anywhere else!!! Dr. Ari, does fantastic also. They've filled, or veneered(?) with the white filling material and the teeth look natural. Other dentists would want to do expensive caps or crowns. Wonderful people who care about their patients!!!
My hygienist was extremely personable and knowledgeable about oral care. I believe his name is Ahmad. He gave me really great tips on how to manage my teeth grinding and warning signs. He was funny and pleasant the whole time, and the complete opposite of the sometimes anxiety-inducing dentist office visit! I would highly recommend him to any patient. The dentist was kind and caring as well and overall I was extremely satisfied. Thanks!
