Dynamic Dentist Vibrant Smiles is an excellent dentist office. I had not seen a dentist in quite sometime and the staff was professional, courteous, and friendly.
Cavities Gone I thought visit was fine. It didn’t take long. I was in some pain for a couple of days. The doctor is a little stiff, but that’s okay. Overall, it was okay.
Two Wisdom teeth extracted I have to say Dr.Rainford and his staff did an excellent job with my paranoid scary self. I was so nervous from the door that I got the laughing gas to calm me down. Cleaning Cleaning was quick and no problems found. It shows my homemade Toothpaste works better than the Commercial Kind. I used to have Gingivitis and pockets of 3+4. I know Dentists probably don't want to hear this. I wonder if I will receive a reply.
The professionalism has fallen down a bit I think Chea and his team does a solid job, but there seemed to be a disconnect on customer service, timeliness and generally respecting pateint’s time and money. I would recommend the doctor focus a little more on his patient’s current appointment than upcharges or additional services for future appointments.
RE: Communication Was there recently, I need to get some teeth pulled and wasn't ready at that specific moment. I felt a bit rushed and it disregarded based on the fact I wanted to rescheduled to make sure I had a ride home and such. That was from the receptionist staff.
