Effective Dr. Rainford didn't go talk to me about my treatment plan after extraction. This made me feel like he doesn't want my business, neither did any of his staff.

Appt I did not have an appointment because the day before I got a call that dentist does not take my BCBS Fed Employee insurance! Although they are listed as in Network!

Beware Office staff is polite, but very short almost to the point of being rude. Services are lacking, had a temp. denture set made, it had to be made twice, and still needed adjustments, but they acted as if a) I didn't get there and b) very little material was used, so they could not adjust them. so I have to go 5 weeks without any usaable teeth becaus...Read More

The work is questionable in quality The office is nice, the staff are kind, and the chairside is second to none, I believed i was to receive a preventative treatment but I feel as though the anatomy of teeth were altered to the extent that i cannot be confident that the pain in my mouth will ever go away. Front desk clerk Brandi, rude, ignorant. I am a physicians assistant visiting from California. .called the front desk to obtain information regarding teeth cleaning .Was greeted by Brandi who stated "well whatcha wanna kno" I asked for the basic mechanics... she asked if I had insurance. .? ..is that relevant at the moment?
