The Lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I doubt I will go back and that’s a shame because the doctor and assistants ar so nice and welcoming. If you want to know more I am able to tell you what happened. I already filled out one survey and will be doing as many as I can that’s how angry I am with what she did. And how I was treated.
This space is not handicap accessible as the entrance is far into a plaza, without adequate parking or handicap access. The space is a poor attempt at a neo-spa environment. Though with open bays, staff and patients shouting when they should be talking, and an assembly line-like rush of services. Not conducive to individuals suffering from PTSD or anxiety of any type.
