Frustrating experience Good technicians and Doctor, however they have tremendous trouble processing insurance. I went there for 8 years and without fail had trouble each and every time. My family has also experienced the same trouble time after time (with a different insurance) so this problem seems to be a trend. have some concerns... Dr M did a good job on my cerec but did not smooth it out or check my bite and I had to come back in and had a longer wait time

xxx It took entirely too long to check-out. A lady was ahead of me. She was very chatty with the receptionist. Someone else should have check-ed me out while they were talking.

very pleasant expierence very nice people to work with...efficient and calm...I am not really fond of going to the dentist, so this type of atmosphere is reassuring, and they recognize my fears and help me through it.
