The representative was pushy to get information from an employee that kept telling him she was not the correct person to speak with. She was unsure that the information she was giving him was even correct. I guess the recommendation would be that he wait until speaking to the correct person before asking about **** information. Otherwise, he was great to work with when he got on the phone with me (the correct person to speak with). Thanks!

Every experience with Workwise compliance always leaves me confused. Today is no different. Had received an e-mail for 40% to renew early so I did such on March 12 - have an order listed on my account but can't access the order with any link, etc. Today spoke with Terry W**** - he said my grand total with everything would be $399 and that there was a discount on my shipping.
