Same story as the others I am reading. Got a call we were past due on a bill for $315.23 for labor posters that were sent wihtout any authorization. We confirmed no order had been placed on our end and when we disputed it our staff member was yelled out, demeaned and basically bullied by this company representative. We NEVER ordered these and are shipping them back. This company is an absolute scam! Don't be taken by them.

Same story as everyone else. $9.99 poster turned into $321.Reported to credit card as fraud and got my money back then they had the audacity to still try to call and collect it. Lied and said my manager approved this such bs. But is clear they make their money from defrauding small businesses. What a horrible company to work for ands what horrible karma. If youre this smart to have such an elaborate scheme. Use your powers for good. Im so disgusted by my interaction with these horrific people.

Stay away! Very bad and rude customer service! I tried to order the ********************** poster and kept getting payment errors. However, I received email with order confirmation. Since I wasn't receiving any shipping info within next few days, I logged in to the online account, and there was no order. I emailed the customer support to check if the order was received, but never received any response. I ordered the poster somewhere else. I have the same story as others here. The mailer sounds official and the price seems reasonable for a small business, $16.95. After they received the check, they called to upsell me, and seemed to make a veiled threat, saying, "Our company is out of compliance, and we would be fined if a county labor official showed up at our door." Personal concepts is a terrible company to do business with. Beware! I ordered a poster and was sent several because "I needed them" according to their rep. A $59.99 offer turned into a $321 charge. I sent the posters back.

I received a call a few months ago and told them I wasn't interested in working with them. The company had previously scammed someone in December at our office in buying $450 worth on employment posters. They called again today, I stated I wasn't interested, asked to be removed from their list and hung up. The phone immediately rang again, they were calling again. I experienced the same bait and switch listed in the other reviews. I cancelled my order after sending in the order for 16.00. Someone called me a week later and told me I needed all this other fluff and a subscription. I told them no and she kept on trying to up sale. I cancelled stay away.

They called my office and spoke to a front desk person. Lied to them telling them we needed some posters. I never gave the OK. Got a bill for $700 for some laminated paper. Total B.S. Total scam.
