Please advise staff not to wear jewelry that gets in the way and hurts the patient while flossing them.

The dentist was in a hurry. He said, there was an infection to my gums and prescribed antibiotics, with instructions do not take them yet. They did a bunch of xrays and he never examined by mouth with any dental tools. He used his gloved hands. I was hoping to get a cleaning but he mostly talked about his trip to India. He told me to see his colleague for tooth extraction and they will provide me a treatment plan. Then return to see him in 6 weeks. He basically rushed me out of his office, and he quickly left. For some reason we were seen by a different dentist rather than our usual, that was not the issue. The issue is that she was rude and did not have patience. She insisted on removing a loose tooth, she applied numbing gel. My child was crying and she was not empathetic at all, she basically told my child it has to be done and was being rough.
