For some reason we were seen by a different dentist rather than our usual, that was not the issue. The issue is that she was rude and did not have patience. She insisted on removing a loose tooth, she applied numbing gel. My child was crying and she was not empathetic at all, she basically told my child it has to be done and was being rough.
