Today, I saw Dr. Parmar for an annual appointment, to check out my Sleep Apnea Oral Appliance. All good! In fact, after a lifetime of inadequate sleep since I was a child (elementary school). All of that ended abruptly when I got my Oral Appliance for Sleep Apnea, (like an 'easy to wear' retainer). Truly, I slept like a baby the first night. Very thorough, only brief waiting time for the doctor, everyone was pleasant,polite and knew their job - so glad to have an alternative to CPAP that I cannot tolerate - like knowing I am treating my sleep apnea, and sleeping at least 4 uninterrupted hours
