The dentist is great! The man who did my cleaning a few months ago was the best there ever! I’m sorry to Janet today because when my insurance was on the phone and even though she had told me what she did, I was always thinking it was either the insurance or the back office billing people. It seemed the man standing there also was telling Janet possibly the inaccurate info. I have seen Janet there since 2017 and know that she is very good and always liked her, still do. The staff were great. Nurses were so kind. Therefore doctor Thomas was terrible. He didn’t even bother to sit on his chair and try with my child. His words were “He has one minute or I am not even going to bother getting bit” so ignorant. Will not be returning because of him.
This is the second time ive gone to this dentist. The first time I went here the dentist was very rude and disrespectful, i spoke to a supervisor there and requested for them to change the dentist i will be seeing for my next appointment as he was extremly disrespectful. When I went back again it was the same doctor and once again he was unproffesional and disrespectful towards me. You can even speak to the assistant that was present during my teeth cleaning as he was present and heard how the dentist was speaking to me.
