The staff wasn’t very welcoming or friendly I didn’t see the Dentist smile one time. Don’t think I’ll return after my work is completed
You booked 2 cleaning at the same time. I wasn’t happy with the guy who did the cleaning! Could not understand him! I was very wet!
There was a lot of discrimination here. I was told they will work on me while being pregnant as long I have a medical Clearance from my doctor. Yesterday was a different story the dentist barely looked at my clearance but basically gave me the run around basically saying no he won’t work on me due to me being pregnant. I wasted my time to just sit there and then being turned around. I was very upset but thankful Aspen Dentist took good care of me no more pain and also baby during wonderful.
I will never return. From the secretary to the dental assistants, to the actual dentist everything was a nightmare. Waited for two hours and we did not receive the proper services. Very unprofessional!
They were behind which is always usual for appointments after 1pm . After waiting 40 minutes pass my appointment I’m finally called just for the girls to sit ,talk and play. No sense of urgency after having me wait. They didn’t even have the common respect to go to break room to talk. I don’t understand why you have over 5 people standing around talking about things that are not work related but a lobby full of people waiting past appointment times.
My recent dental experience was quite disconcerting. The dentist was about to mistakenly numbed the wrong tooth, skipped reviewing x-rays thoroughly to see it was the tooth to removed. Then hastily administered anesthesia, before the area was adequately numb . Despite expressing pain , she aggressively injected more anesthesia and proceeded with extraction, only allowing the medication to take effect after the discomfort persisted . First of all the place looks old and not so clean, the hygienists and dentist are not friendly at all. People there is not very professional. The only person who did her job well was the receptionist. We miss Dr Abuzir so much
The older male dentist is the worst I have seen, he is just cold no hi no nothing walks in the room unprofessional
Dentist Did Not Listen To Me In Severe Pain I Told Him I Took Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Warm Salt Water Rinses, Oragel, Nothing Worked For My Pain. Pain So Bad I Have 3 Exposed Nerves With 3 Molars. Cannot Sleep At Night Due To Pain Being So Intense. Hurts to Eat Or Drink . Dentist Did Not Care He Refused To Prescribe Me Opiate Pain Medication. My Wife Had To Call For Them To Give Me Aniseptic Mouth Wash And Pain Medicine Only Gave Me 5 Pills. Barbaric and Immoral To Leave A Patient in That Much Pain To Not Even Listen.
