This C.S. Rep was very polite, knowledgeable and listened to my questions, concerns etc. He made sure that everything that we would need would be included and worked with us on pricing. I am willing to work with him again each year when it comes time to update our compliance posters.

They do a good job providing the posters you need, but the renewal process is rough. Last year I got called multiple times despite having already placed an order, ended up getting double charged, and a receptionist added to the account and then NOT removed when asked. Both this year and last year the pay by phone system did not work and ended the call when I tried to transfer back to the representative. Sales rep I spoke with this year was lovely though!
