**** ***** took the extra few minutes to address my questions and concerns, making me feel more at ease with the purchase I was about to make.
She was very kind and patient with me while I asked my questions.
I only left 4 starts because the guy that helped me originally did not charge me correctly or explain what he was charging me. Trishawnna did an amazing job correcting his mistake and walking me through the charges. She was a huge help. SHe is why I did not cancel the order altogether and go with someone else.
Best experience to date from a sales representative who was knowledgeable and pleasant. And easy to understand.
