I felt blindsided to be honest, I have been buying my companies state and federal posters for 14 years. I never had an experience like that before. WOW!
This is a horrible company. We ordered a labor law poster from their website and then started receiving daily harassing phone calls multiple times a day saying we still owed them over $250 for a subscription we signed up for and didn't pay for yet. We told them we wanted to be removed from all of their contacts and then the person on the other end started yelling at our employees when they would answer the phone. literally a scam of a business. Made an order with them and then they called me and tried to upsell me and refused to let me make original order. Reps were very rude and are salesman working on commission. Would have given this business 1 start but going to give 3 stars because the lady at the billing department was extremely nice and helpful
