I am very unhappy and disappointed with Workwise Compliance and will not order from them again. I ordered three labor posters, but not the subscription that they offer on their website because I didn't want or need the subscription. A week later, I get a call from one of their reps that rambled on for 6+ minutes until she finally informed me that my total would be over $500! Originally thought the laminated posters were $9.99 for each facility (I needed two). Turned into $250 some quickly in February. Now in June, $295 some more for OSHA regulation posters to remain in compliance. Invoice did not have anything in regard to OSHA (it was all generic training).

I bought one poster from them and found that I could get all the compliance posters online for free from state and federal websites. I have been getting harassing phone calls ever since, telling me my business is fraudulent and I will pay. I would give them a zero rating but it is not possible. Bewarethese people are scum. They are just as bad as the scammers who steal because they cant get a real job.

I initially intended to purchase a simple poster for our office, priced at $29. However, the company informed me that additional materials were required, and the cost quickly escalated to over $300. Purchased a labor law poster for $19.99. They called my business, even though I didn't provide that phone number. Talked to our manager (who's name was no where on the original purchase) asked her a bunch of questions that she answered correctly. They then charged me another $300 for a yearly subscription. This company is a scam and should be reported and shut down!

Same story as everyone else tried to buy laminated poster for $19.95 for the state of ******* and they sent me an invoice for $360 dollars plus!!! My bank account was then charged three times for this amount. I disputed the charge with my bank which I got my money back for!!!! A representative there called me in a very threatening tone after this, trying to bully me into paying after I had won my dispute. They keep telling me that I need to buy a new labor poster for $200 like, every other month, citing new updates that need to be posted to avoid fines. I think at this point, paying a fine would be cheaper than paying them like $1200 a year...

They slammed someone not authorized in our office and sent posters. I've talked to three people in their office and all they do is bully to get monies. I said I have the box but they won't send us a return authorization. I'm not paying for something I didn't order. Their response was well you have the box. I said that doesn't make it legit. I said send me the return authorization and i'll send the box back to you. Eventually I told them they were a piece of s*** and they told me I was unprofessional. I hung up. I'm done.
