it was very professional, kind and painless, Same day crown replacement, gone was the "old days" of messy goo for a crown form and days waiting with a temp. A simple toothbrush size 3d scanning wand and a 3d milling machine in the office is state of the art and super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I happy to have found them.
