Always a positive experience.
There was all new people when I walked in. Very surprised as the team before were very helpful and kind. It sometimes feels like lack of empathy or compassion however with that said, they seem very knowledgeable.
After not seeing Smokey since July of 2021 I decided it was time to come back. My person was kind and I really liked her. She made me feel comfortable during my procedure. I will try to come back again and if possible see the same specialist
