I had an issue develop due to a miscommunication that I needed to be resolved. **** ******* not only assisted me with this properly but she provided such amazing customer service and kindness that it was a pleasure dealing with her. She investigated the issue properly and provided a reasonable outcome that left me satisfied. Above all else it was her unparalleled customer service and manner that prompted me to WANT to leave a review for her that put her in the spotlight. She deserves the praise!
