I experienced the same bait and switch listed in the other reviews. I cancelled my order after sending in the order for 16.00. Someone called me a week later and told me I needed all this other fluff and a subscription. I told them no and she kept on trying to up sale. I cancelled stay away.

They called my office and spoke to a front desk person. Lied to them telling them we needed some posters. I never gave the OK. Got a bill for $700 for some laminated paper. Total B.S. Total scam.

They sent a solicitation through the mail. It said I would get the required state and federal posters for $16. A week later someone from their company called, talked very fast and said a lot of official sounding information and tried to sneak in very quickly that I would now owe $286 dollars. When I stopped them and expressed concern about the bait and switch, he tried to say that this was not their fault - that the *********** required this. I placed an order for 4 *********** Labor Law Notices for $9.95. The next day, they called our HR person - I had said all future orders would be thru her. They asked her about our order and tried to up sale her. She said yes to the original 4 posters and no to up sale. Neither of us have permission to order more without our Administrator's approval. The invoice was sent to HR and forwarded to me. The invoice was up sold to $399.80. I called, they said HR agreed. I went to HR, she did not agree. HR called to cancel our order.... read more
