Purchased a labor law poster for $19.99. They called my business, even though I didn't provide that phone number. Talked to our manager (who's name was no where on the original purchase) asked her a bunch of questions that she answered correctly. They then charged me another $300 for a yearly subscription. This company is a scam and should be reported and shut down!

Same story as everyone else tried to buy laminated poster for $19.95 for the state of ******* and they sent me an invoice for $360 dollars plus!!! My bank account was then charged three times for this amount. I disputed the charge with my bank which I got my money back for!!!! A representative there called me in a very threatening tone after this, trying to bully me into paying after I had won my dispute. They keep telling me that I need to buy a new labor poster for $200 like, every other month, citing new updates that need to be posted to avoid fines. I think at this point, paying a fine would be cheaper than paying them like $1200 a year...

They slammed someone not authorized in our office and sent posters. I've talked to three people in their office and all they do is bully to get monies. I said I have the box but they won't send us a return authorization. I'm not paying for something I didn't order. Their response was well you have the box. I said that doesn't make it legit. I said send me the return authorization and i'll send the box back to you. Eventually I told them they were a piece of s*** and they told me I was unprofessional. I hung up. I'm done.

complete bullies to small businesses. Even if the person they are talking to says they are not authorized to purchase AND they refuse to transfer to somebody that is, they will still send the $525.77 poster to you. I had to stalk our front door to make sure it was refused for delivery to *** and sent back to them. Yet they STILL call trying to get money.

Hang up on them and throw away their mail IMMEDIATELY before they scam you into saying you bought something you did not agree to purchase.

I made the mistake of ordering from this company one time years ago and they won't leave us alone. They call the office an make very aggressive "sales pitches" to the receptionist that are intended to make them sound like they are calling from some kind of regulatory body and that the receptionist has to say yes to get us in compliance.
