I just wanted to leave a message about **** ******. This rating is for her! She was the first person in, I want to say, 3 or 4 years that took time with me to look up our previous order. She made sure it was the same packet as last year. I have had to call and do an adjustment each year. I kept saying, each year, as long as it is the same packet and close to the same price.
